Mandatory information for the Pakistanis coming to Kazakhstan

While entering Kazakhstan each foreign national aged 16 or over will be given a Migration Card at the Kazakhstan national border crossing points by the frontier guards of the Kazakhstan National Security Committee and by customs officers.
Migration cards are issued and filled only by non-citizens of Kazakhstan (including citizens of CIS), traveling to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Migration cards shall be shown to border (customs) officers together with the passport. A migration card shall be kept by a foreign national until departure from Kazakhstan and shall be shown as required by the interior, border or customs officers.
Foreign citizens have to be registered within five calendar days from the arrival to the Republic of Kazakhstan. Foreigners who broke the period of staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan incur administrative responsibility. Foreign citizens have to keep the Migration card and return it during departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If the Migration Card is lost or unintentionally damaged, the foreign national must inform the interior authorities within 3 working days. The interior authorities shall grant duplicated Migration Card marking registration after the applicant is checked.
Migration Cards are not issued to:
- foreign nationals under 16;
- individuals having the Diplomatic, Official and investor visas;
Migration Cards must be returned when exiting from Kazakhstan
