Terms & Conditions

1. Bid amounts / quotations must include all applicable government taxes.
2. Payments will be made on monthly basis and through bank transfer.
3. All necessary cleaning equipment will be arranged by the successful company.
4. Services will be hired on the basis of annual contract, renewable upto maximum of 3 years.
5. Contract can be terminated with 30-day notice in case of unsatisfactory services.
6. Service company will be responsible for maintaining the discipline of its employees while
working on the Embassy Premises.
7. Service company will have to provide necessary identification details of its employees
assigned for work at the Embassy Premises…
8. Company employees working at the Embassy will be bound by the Embassy discipline and
code of conduct.

Cleaning Requirements

Following services must be included in the bid:
a. Cleaning services to be provided 5 days per week;
b. Wet floor cleaning;
c. Dry cleaning of the floor;
d. Cleaning of the entrance area;
e. Removing dirt from the floor;
f. Removing dirt from mirrors;
g. Removal of dirt from
stained glass doors and partitions;
h. Dust removal from office equipment and appliances;
Dust removal from exposed surfaces of furniture;
j. Wet wiping of furniture, chairs, and their legs;
k. Removal of garbage from baskets;
l. Cleaning of bathrooms;
m. Removal of dust and dirt from stained glass windows and glass doors.
n. Removing dust and dirt from sockets, switches, doors, baseboards;
o. Removing dust and dirt from frames, windows, mirrors, window sills.

2. Site visit to facilitate the submission of bid can be arranged, upon request.
